WHAT IS IT?
What is a Body Scan?
In a Body Scan, you systematically and gradually move your attention through your entire body — from your toes to the top of your head. You simply notice what is present: warmth, tension, tingling, heaviness, or emptiness.
The unique aspect is that you do not try to change anything. You simply observe. This mindful awareness often releases deep tensions that we may not even have consciously recognized, creating a quality of calm that differs significantly from ordinary relaxation.
In our 1:1 sessions, I tailor the length, pace, and focus entirely to your needs — from 20 to 60 minutes, depending on what feels right and what you need most.
