Meditation that actually works. I have been meditating for over 15 years and have experienced how deeply meditation can change a life. Originally from England, I have lived in Germany for over 25 years.
This blend of British easy-going and German pragmatism shapes my work: calm, clear, humorous — and very practical. I offer one-on-one sessions as well as group sessions in German and English
