Metta Meditation

Loving-Kindness Meditation — a practice that opens the heart. You develop compassion, inner warmth, and a kinder attitude: first towards yourself, then towards the world.

What is it?

What is Metta Meditation?

Metta — a Pali word for “loving-kindness” — is one of the most transformative meditation practices there is. Unlike Focus Meditation, the aim here is not to sharpen your attention but to open your heart: to yourself, to others, to life.

You work with quiet phrases such as “May I be happy. May I be free from suffering.” — directed first towards yourself, then towards people you love, acquaintances, and eventually all living beings.

Does that sound unusual? That’s completely normal. But with guidance and time, Metta changes how you perceive yourself and others — in a deep, lasting way that many clients never expected was possible.

The aim of this practice
